Primghar, Iowa – August 30, 2013: The O’Brien County Landowners Association will be hosting a sign up meeting on September 9, 2013, 7:00 p.m., at the Primghar Community Building. Harold Prior, PhD., Executive Director of the Iowa Wind Energy Association will be the guest speaker. Subscription forms will be available and landowners are encouraged to sign up all their acres, please bring the legal description to the meeting.

The board of directors established a $100.00 one-time membership fee with a $0 .50 per acre, per year due unless waived by the board.
