Public Health Services:

Health Promotion:

  •  Client health education at home
  •  Group teaching
  •  Communicable disease follow-ups
  •  Blood pressure and blood sugar    screenings
  •  Maternal and child health visits
  • Immunization Program:
  • Immunizations provided to children and adults following CDC schedule and guidelines.
  • Immunization clinics held every Wednesday afternoon 2 pm-4 pm. Appointments taken for alternate times.
